It's essential that you provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your medical history, at each of your appointments. This information helps ensure your safety and the effectiveness of your treatment. Please be upfront about any previous treatments you've had, as this is crucial for your care.

Additionally, we kindly ask that you do not book an appointment if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, as certain treatments may not be suitable during this time.

We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided. Your honesty and transparency are greatly appreciated to ensure the best possible experience and results.

As these are training courses, each delegate will progress at their own pace. Consequently, waiting times for models may be slightly longer than what you would experience during a typical clinic appointment.

Given the clinical environment, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children with you. While we understand you may wish to have someone accompany you to your appointment, we request that you limit this to one person. Please note that companions will not be permitted to enter the treatment room with you.

We also ask all models to respect the privacy of others during their visit, considering the sensitive nature of the treatments provided. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We are required to take before and after photos of your treatment to maintain in your file. Please note that these photos may be used for medical training and educational purposes, but they will not be used on social media or shared publicly.

When booking your model appointment, we may require a €50 deposit, which will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. The remaining balance will need to be paid on the day of your treatment.

We understand that emergencies can arise, and we strive to be accommodating. If you cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice, we can transfer your deposit to another appointment or provide you with a full refund. However, if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will not be entitled to a refund. Depending on the discretion of the company, you may be allowed to transfer your deposit to another appointment, but please note that a deposit can only be transferred once. If you do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

Due to the nature of our training courses, there may be occasions when we need to cancel or change your appointment. If this occurs, we will notify you and offer an alternative appointment on another day or course.

If you feel the need for a follow-up after your treatment, please contact our team at 01-5311009 or info@aesthetictraining.ie. We will do our best to schedule a review appointment for you. In most cases, we recommend allowing about 2 weeks for your treatment results to fully settle before coming in for a review. However, in the event of an emergency, the 2-week waiting period does not apply.
