The Pavilions Shopping Centre Car Park is just a short walk away and offers ample parking. Additionally, there’s the Swords Central Car Park on Main Street, which is also close to our location. Plus, if you prefer something even closer, there’s on-street paid parking available right outside the academy on Main Street. With all these options, parking is a breeze!.... well as breezy as it can be in Ireland !

Absolutely! Getting to Dr. Michelle Westcott Aesthetic Academy by public transport is a breeze. If you’re coming from Dublin city center, you can hop on the Dublin Bus routes 41, 41B, or 41C, which will take you directly to Swords Main Street—just a short walk from our location at 52A Main Street.

If you're coming from the Portmarnock or Malahide area, you can take the Dublin Bus route 102. This bus route conveniently connects Portmarnock and Malahide to Swords, with stops close to the  Academy.

The Dublin Bus route 43 is another great option if you're coming from the Portmarnock or Malahide area. This route will also bring you directly to Swords.

Not wishful thinking at all! All our courses are fully accredited by the CPD Standards Office, a globally recognized body that sets the benchmark for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training. This accreditation ensures that our courses meet the highest standards of quality and relevance, giving you the confidence that your training is not only top-notch but also recognized by employers and professional bodies worldwide.

And here’s something to really get excited about: our Foundation Botulinum Toxin and Foundation Dermal Filler courses have an incredible 36 CPD learning points allocated to them—well above the industry norm! This means you’re not just gaining skills; you’re earning a significant number of CPD points that will give you a leg up to getting your points for the year.

Not quite superhuman, but close! You do need to be a registered medical professional to join our courses. We’ll be asking for and verifying your registration with your professional medical council—just to make sure everything’s in order. We specifically train Doctors and Dentists on Botulinum Toxin A, but don’t worry, all our other courses are open to Doctors, Dentists, and other medical professionals, especially Nurses. So, if you’ve got the credentials, you’re in!

Leave your stash at home! We’ve got you covered with all the products and consumables you’ll need for your training. From start to finish, everything will be provided—so you can focus on learning, not on packing supplies.

Just bring your eager-to-learn self! We’ve taken care of the essentials, so no need to pack anything special. However, don’t forget to bring a photo ID and a copy of your registration certificate or qualifications certificate, especially if you haven’t already supplied them online. If you want to bring a notepad or tablet to jot down some notes, that’s totally up to you, but otherwise, we’ve got everything else sorted.

Comfort is key! We recommend wearing something professional yet comfortable—you’ll be on your feet and getting hands-on, so think practical and chic. Scrubs work perfectly. And here's a must: if you have long hair, it absolutely needs to be tied up. We want you focused on your skills, not brushing hair out of your face. So, leave the stilettos at home, tie up that hair, and get ready to shine—your feet (and your instructor) will thank you later!

Your course bill needs to be paid in full before training begins. Please note that there are no refunds for late cancellations or no-shows. However, under our terms and conditions, the course fee can be transferred to another course if needed. So while refunds aren't an option, we do offer flexibility in rescheduling.

No need for a lucky charm—you’re in good hands! You’ll be fully covered under Dr. Michelle Westcott’s insurance policy on the day of your training. Additionally, Dr. Michelle Aesthetic Academy is a recognized training provider of Aesthetic Insure. After completing your training and receiving your certificate of completion, you’ll need to purchase professional indemnity insurance to practice. If you already have an aesthetic injectable insurance policy, make sure to update it to include the new injectable treatment areas before you start offering these treatments in your clinic.

Yes, we’ve got you covered! Tea, coffee, and water will be available all day to keep you refreshed. A light lunch is also provided during the day at a time that fits the training agenda perfectly. If you have any special dietary requirements, just let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re well taken care of.

And if you’re a coffee connoisseur, you’re in luck—Coffee Works  is just in the next block, so you can easily grab your favourite brew before or after your training. No need to pack a snack—just come ready to learn and enjoy!

Here’s how your day will unfold! We highly recommend that you read any information sent to you for course preparation and do any pre-reading in advance—this will help you get the most out of your training.

A typical one-day training course at Dr. Michelle Westcott Aesthetic Academy consists of a blend of activities designed to maximize your learning experience. You’ll start with a presentation and theory-based learning, followed by interactive Q&A discussions. We’ll keep things engaging with a quiz to test your knowledge, and then dive into practical assessments.

The highlight of the day? Live training demonstrations and a substantial amount of supervised, hands-on injecting sessions using live models. You’ll be guided and directed every step of the way by our highly qualified trainers. It’s a full day of learning, practicing, and honing your skills to perfection!

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to delay the start of the training course. If you have a long or complex journey to the clinic, you might want to consider staying overnight in Dublin. We can recommend local accommodations if needed. Better to be early and relaxed than rushed and late!

We’re all about keeping it cozy at Dr. Michelle Westcott Aesthetic Academy! Our filler training sessions are super exclusive, with just two delegates. Botulinum Toxin A courses? You’ll be learning in a group of only 2-4 delegates. And for our other courses, we stick to a two-delegate limit to ensure you get the attention you deserve. When it comes to threads training, it’s a 1:1 experience—just you and the trainer. This approach guarantees personalized attention and a truly intimate learning environment.

During a typical DMWAA Training course, you’ll dive into a mix of individual and group activities designed to boost shared learning and experience. We kick things off with theory-based learning and lively Q&A discussions in a classroom-style setting. Then, it’s time to roll up your sleeves for some hands-on learning in small clinical groups, where you’ll swap tips and tricks on injection techniques and best practices.

But it doesn’t stop there—you’ll get to practice your skills with hands-on injecting while keeping a close eye on trainer demos and your fellow delegates’ sessions. We’re all about getting everyone involved, so we encourage active participation during these practical sessions. To make sure everyone gets their fair share of practice and observation time, we use a rotation system that ensures plenty of opportunities to both do and see.

You’re welcome to bring your own model (your beauty buddy!), but they’ll need to meet specific criteria first. It’s a win-win: you get to refine your skills in a supportive setting, and they get a personalized treatment from a trusted hand!

No need to stress! If a delegate doesn’t quite hit the mark during training, we’ll make sure you get the extra support you need to level up your skills. You’ll have the chance to attend additional training sessions to get you up to speed and meet the required standard. And don’t worry about the cost—we try to keep it as low as possible, so you can focus on improving without breaking the bank!

Need to Reschedule?
We totally get it—life happens! If you need to reschedule your course, just drop us an email at admin@esthetictraining.ie, and we’ll do our best to help. Keep in mind, there’s a €25 admin charge for moving your booking. If you need to switch dates within 1-3 weeks (7-21 calendar days) of your original booking, there’s a 30% charge plus the €25 admin fee. If you’re cutting it close and need to change within 1 week (7 calendar days) of your course date, the charge is 50% plus the €25 admin fee. And if you find yourself needing to reschedule within 48 hours of your course date, there’s a 100% charge. Unfortunately, we can’t make any exceptions, as filling slots last minute is like finding a needle in a haystack!

Bereavement?
In the unfortunate event of a bereavement in your immediate family, please let us know within 7 days if you need to reschedule your course. We’ll work with you to arrange a new date upon receipt of a death certificate. Just email us at admin@aesthetictraining.ie to notify us or to book a different date. Cancelling and Refunds?
If you’re unable to attend your training course due to sickness or any other reason and can’t reschedule, here’s what you need to know. All cancellations must be made in writing via email to  and will incur a €25 admin charge.

• For cancellations more than 4 weeks (28 calendar days) before the course date, please contact us admin@aesthetictraining.ie to obtain a refund.

• For cancellations made between 3 and 4 weeks (21-28 calendar days) before the course, there’s a 25% charge plus the €25 admin fee.

• For cancellations made between 2 and 3 weeks (14-21 calendar days) before the course, there’s a 50% charge plus the €25 admin fee.

• For cancellations less than 2 weeks (14 calendar days) before the course date, there will be a 100% charge.
